X-Chem, Inc. has entered a multi-target collaboration with Janssen Biotech, Inc. (Janssen) focused on the discovery and development of candidates for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. The collaboration is being facilitated by Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Boston. X-Chem will apply its discovery engine, powered by a high diversity DNA-encoded small molecule library, to identify novel compounds targeting proteins involved in the inflammatory response.
